At Giftables, your safety is our utmost priority. It recently came to our attention that certain individuals or groups are falsely claiming to be members of our team or Giftables representatives. They can do this by misusing our name, logo, or posing as team members to mislead people. These actions are illegal and harmful not only to our company but also to you.

Some common tactics of scammers

Dishonesty requires new ideas, but some repeated patterns scammers follow that you need to stay alert for are 

  • Calling you, sending you emails, texts, and or messages on social media platforms, personating Giftables. 

  • Pressuring you to take instantaneous actions.

  • Giving the Instruction to keep the conversation with them confidential.

  • Showing you limited time and exclusive offers that are unrealistic.

  • Redirecting you to suspicious websites 

  • Telling you to open links or exclusive verification methods, such as sending an otp to enter.

  • Trying to trick by creating urgency or other means to get your credit card or other sensitive information.

How can you ensure it's us

You should be informed that

  • We communicate with our customers or candidates only through our official channels and never through cross-platform messaging services such as Telegram.

  • We do not email you with alternate emails. Every email you receive should be from giftablesworld@gmail.com

  • We never ask for money from you without any purchase.

  • We never use personal social media accounts in any circumstance.

  • We never ask for your credit card information, bank details, or passwords for any of your accounts.

What you should do if you suspect a scam

  • Don't click on any unsolicited links or open attachments.

  • Halt interactions with the sender

  • Be cautious in never sharing bank information or any other sensitive information.

  • Report it to us through our official channels.

You can help us save others from these scams by reporting to us about any suspicious activity.

  • Verify if what is sent is through official channels.

  • Check with your bank or accounts for any activity that was not you.

  • Avoid sending money to unknown people.
